AHLI MOORE
Ahli Moore is a Human Performance expert with over 15 years of consulting and organizational development experience. Since 1993, Ahli has worked with senior executives, training organizations, and human resource departments to increase employee performance and organization efficiency across a multitude of industries. He has consulted for several Fortune 500 companies to develop customized performance improvement programs. Ahli founded X-Factor Solutions after spending over a decade with Accenture, the world's premier management and technology consulting firm and over 3 years as President/COO of Giant Leap Consulting. A graduate of Florida State University, Ahli holds a Master's of Science degree in Communications with a concentration in Information Technologies. Ahli serves on numerous boards including the position of Chairman on the FSU College of Communications Leadership Board.

HAMLET AUTMAN
Hamlet is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), with over 14 years of progressive generalist and consulting experience. Hamlet has managed Human Resources functions in international telecommunications, newsgathering, sports, entertainment, financial services, and insurance for companies such as Turner Broadcasting Systems, Fannie Mae and State Farm. As a former Change Management Consultant for Accenture, she has worked nationally with many Fortune 500 organizations in the areas of leadership development, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, recruiting, training and development, compliance, and compensation consulting. Hamlet works closely with clients to provide practical yet innovative solutions and resources.
PATRICK MANIGULT
Patrick Manigault is an assistant physics professor at Kennesaw State University and independent management consultant. After completing, his Ph.D. at Georgia Tech in 2002, Patrick went on to build his career as a human performance consultant on multiple projects focused on developing training tools, instructional resources, and leadership capabilities. Some of his more prominent experiences have included: the design, development, and delivery of a strategic assessment and organizational transformation workshop for a Fortune 500 telecommunications corporation; and an assessment of the supply chain management business of an expanding international industrial products company, identifying knowledge gaps and skills necessary to improve the effectiveness of IT, process support and development teams.
Patrick’s educational background includes: Doctor of Philosophy in Physics, The Georgia Institute of Technology; Master of Science in Physics, Hampton University; Bachelor of Arts in Physics, The University of Virginia.
GREG JOHNS
Greg Johns is a human performance expert with more than 14 years experience helping organizations change the behaviors of their workforce to deliver optimal levels of performance and business value. He has conducted organizational impact assessments, training needs and skills assessments and process improvement assessments and then helped clients identify and implement transformational performance management strategies. He has many years experience in delivering effective presentations, leading team development activities and facilitating leadership and strategy workshops.
